Remember that we need your registration numbers 2 weeks before camp (by May 23, 2027) so we can order food and make cabin assignments. Then we need updates 1 week before (May 30) and the night before (June 6). Please know that this is especially critical in the event you add campers and/or the numbers require a change to your cabin assignment. Thank you for helping us plan for a meaningful #OBE2027
OBE is a great opportunity to hear from God as we are removed from distractions and given time to listen for God’s still, small voice.
OBE registration fees will remain at $175.00 per camper and may be paid when you arrive at camp (if online is easier, you may use a credit card).

We are working with a new partner for background checks for 2026 and the process is slightly different this year. Price is still $10 and you can call/text Wes Hulvey to arrange for background checks to be conducted for OBE—deadline is June 1, 2026–if your church does not already have a provider in place.
Background Checks are required for all sponsors and any adult over 18 attending OBE. We ask that your check is updated every other year. You must have completed a background check on or after Jan 1, 2025. If your church conducts background checks, then your pastor can submit an exemption request so that you don’t have to pay additional fees.
You may choose Online donations or paying fees online (please consider paying the processing fee as we have our camp fees as low as possible to cover our costs; as a non-profit organization we only get funds from donors like you in order to tell others about Jesus).
