Remember that we need your registration numbers 2 weeks before camp (by May 24, 2026) so we can order food and make cabin assignments. Then we need updates 1 week before and the night before (especially critical in the event you add campers and the numbers require a change to the cabin assignment). OBE is a great opportunity to hear from God as we are removed from distractions and given time to listen for God’s still, small voice.
OBE registration fees will remain at $175.00 per camper and may be paid when you arrive at camp (if online is easier, you may use a credit card).

Background Checks are required for all sponsors and any adult over 18 attending OBE. We ask that your check is updated every other year. You must have completed a background check on or after Jan 1, 2025. OBE is working on a new partner for background checks in 2026 due to changes in the pricing structure since the former provider was acquired by a new company. We hope to have that information available soon. We strive to keeps costs at the lowest possible point as OBE is a non-profit organization focused on sharing the Gospel with students of all ages. If your church conducts background checks your pastor can submit an exemption request.
