General Rules & Guidelines

It is with sad hearts that we announce OBE 2020 has been canceled.  Camp Siloam made the decision to cancel all 2020 summer camps--which includes OBE.  Executive Director, Ron Shutls, made the announcement to OBE on facebook.  Please join in prayer for OBE#2021 as we shift planning.

OBE Background checks are now exclusively online via an online self-check option through a secured website to provide your information and payment and the results are sent directly to OBE.  Please note that background checks are performed for OBE volunteers and all data is secure.  When you use the online option, Springdale Missionary Baptist Church (SMBC) is listed as the requesting organization because our OBE Executive Administrator, Wes Hulvey, is in charge of background checks and we have a camp option under the church.  SMBC serves as the host for this service to OBE, but your info ONLY goes to OBE staff for OBE purposes.
